Learn how fellow practitioners use mandamus\, APA actions\, and other litigation tools to battle rampant backlogs and overly redacted FOIA responses\, while advocating for current and future clients. Speakers will share lessons learned and things to consider for new and experienced attorneys\, and for employment and non-employment based attorneys alike.
