A partnership of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL)\, AILA New England\, the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI)\, and Pathway for Immigrant Workers\, the Project pairs immigration attorneys with federally barred criminal defense attorneys to pursue habeas relief in federal court. \nThis training is designed for immigration attorneys\, criminal defense attorneys\, and other federally barred practitioners interested in learning how to utilize habeas petitions to advance immigrant rights.
