DESCRIPTION:AILA NE: Information Session for Legal Representation Fund (BIJAN/Beyond Bond\,Supported by the MA Attorney General’s Office)  \nBIJAN/Beyond Bond Legal Defense Fund has created a Legal Representation Fund to help fund free legal representation to detained immigrants who are eligible to request an immigration bond. This program is open to non-profit or private attorneys. Successful applicants should be members of AILA and have significant immigration law experience\, including proficiency in bond representation and filing. Suggested skills also include an understanding of the special needs of immigrant populations. \nFill out the Immigration Attorney Interest Form – https://forms.office.com/g/ZnJvSXjRMi if you or your staff are interested in participating in this program.
