Please join us for a Brown Bag session led by the PAIR Project’s Legal Director Elena Noureddine and Afghan Refugee Project Attorney Tara Rubenstein on representing Afghan asylum seekers. The session will cover the basics of asylum law and process, highlighting the process for Afghan Operation Allies Welcome (OAW) cases. The session will also cover prevalent issue areas emerging in OAW cases, including the terror/persecutor bars, and share recent updates and trends from the Asylum Office.
