SIJS-Related Issues and Concerns in MA Probate and Family Courts (2nd Session of AILA NE Open Forum Series) 

The Probate and Family Court Committee is holding an Open Forum session on October 22 (Tuesday) at noon to gather insights on any issues or concerns SIJS practitioners frequently encounter in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts.

·        This Open Forum session will help the Committee better understand the current landscape and identify the most common challenges our members face in representing immigrant youths in MA PFCs.
